Our founder, Matt Sohrabi, brings a unique blend of technical expertise and hands-on construction experience to every inspection. Matt holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and spent over 30 years in the IT industry before transitioning full-time into construction and inspections. With more than 15 years in the construction field, he has a deep understanding of how homes are built, maintained, and repaired.

As a long-time Carlsbad resident, Matt proudly serves the San Diego community. He is a:
