Randy Mamer begin his home lending career in 2000 after spending 10 years on active duty in the military and 6 years in field service upon honorable discharge. Randy began his lending career in NY doing loans all over the country. In 2004 he endeavored into his own Net Branch of a nationwide mortgage company and had 10 plus employees when the market crashed in 2008. At that point as so many lenders were leaving the business he didn’t because the thought of doing anything else was beyond him. So he worked for another company for a few years before moving back home to California in 2010. Now 8 years later working for Anchor Funding and doing all types of loans from FHA, to USDA, to Conventional, to of course VA which hits home.

Randy prides himself on providing excellent customer service and developing long lasting customer relationships with his clients. Randy’s motto is he tells his clients what they need to hear not just want they want to hear. His philosophy is whether clients are purchasing or refinancing it is the largest transaction they will most likely incur in their lifetime. It is essential that but the loan consultant and the borrower realize this. With 18 years in the business Randy has seen so many changes both good and bad and due to this is fully qualified to educate his clients on where things are today in regard to their needs and goals, especially with the ever changing lending environment we find ourselves in.

Randy is currently licensed to do loans anywhere in California and does loans in the San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco area on a regular basis.
