T & H Prime Meats and Sausage is an old-fashioned, full service butcher shop located in San Marcos, CA. Our fresh meat counter offers the finest prime beef, pork, lamb and poultry. Over 70 varieties of fresh and smoked sausage, created by the Meister himself, are available every day. Everything from Italian Capicola to Danish Frikadellers is found in our deli meats section along with salami, pate´s, smoked pork chops, you-name-it, all made by the Meister right in our shop. We pride ourselves on our grocery section filled with European delicacies such as mustards, cheeses, chocolates and pickles, just to name a few. Wine tasting showcasing Twin Oaks Valley Winery and 10 other San Diego County wineries is available Thurs-Sat. 11-4 pm. Four (4) tastes for $5.00 includes souvenir glass.

Our customers know they can trust our trained personnel to make the most of their investment of time and money. All cuts are vacuumed packed and clearly labeled.
